Great location to use to visit local tourist areas, and friends and family who live locally.
Only 10 min walk to Perranuthoe beach and local amenities including a fab beach cafe, tearooms and very welcoming pub ( The Victoria), Lovely enclosed garden for our dogs ( and humans).
Caravan was beautiful, cosy , very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

Only a couple minutes walk from the beach. It is bigger than I imagined, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Also it was very clear, no animal hair or spiderwebs! Definitely would recommend!

Booking is simple! Just visit our Booking page, select your desired arrival date, hover over to choose your departure date, and click Book Now. You’ll then be taken to a secure page to complete your booking and payment.
2. What time can we arrive and when do we need to depart?
Check-in is available from 3:30pm onwards, and we kindly ask that you check out by 10:00am on your departure day to allow us time to prepare for the next guests.
3. Are dogs welcome?
Yes – we’re dog friendly! We know that dogs are part of the family, so well-behaved pets are more than welcome. Please ensure they are kept off furniture and never left unattended in the property.
4. What happens after I’ve booked?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay, including check-in instructions and tips to help you make the most of your visit.
5. What facilities are included in the property?
