Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for relaxed meals during your stay. You’ll find all the essential appliances, including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster, along with a full range of pots, pans, utensils, knives and baking trays to make cooking easy.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee and sugar to help you settle in the moment you arrive.
A cosy L-shaped dining nook comfortably seats up to four people — perfect for enjoying breakfast, planning your day, or even catching up on a bit of work if needed.

Living Area
The spacious living area features a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa that also converts into a second bed when needed — ideal for cozy evenings in. For entertainment, you’ll have access to a Smart TV (guests are welcome to bring their own Firestick), a selection of board games, books, and free Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
Thoughtful touches like soft throws, cushions, and an electric wood-effect heater create a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the Cornish coastline.

Sleeping Arrangements
Enjoy a peaceful night’s rest in the cosy double bedroom, complete with a very comfortable bed to ensure you wake up refreshed and ready for your Cornish adventures.
Fresh bedding and soft towels are provided for your stay, along with thoughtful extras such as bedside lamps, additional blankets and convenient storage space for your belongings.

Bathroom
The bathroom offers a refreshing shower with power features, along with a practical heated towel rail to keep things warm and comfortable.
Guests can access the bathroom either through its own private door or directly from the bedroom for added convenience.
A hairdryer is provided for your use, though toiletries such as soap, shampoo and body wash are not supplied, so please remember to bring your favourites with you.

Free parking is located just outside the accommodation for easy access throughout your stay.
